Day passes include all access to events on site as well as free roam explorations of the buildings from 12p - 6pm.
Night Ghost Hunt passes include a public overnight ghost hunt of the property from 8pm - 4am.

This event happens rain or shine, please dress accordingly to the weather as this event will take place mostly outside. Please also wear appropriate shoes for walking. We advise against open toe shoes if you plan on exploring inside the buildings as they are abandoned and have dedbris. Everyone will be required to sign a waiver upon entry.
