Day passes include all access to events on site as well as free roam explorations of the buildings from 12p - 6pm. *Must be 13yrs old or older with a parent/guardian. Children will not be permitted to enter the event without a parent/guardian and will not be premitted to explore the property and buildings without a parent/guardian to escort them. Any child found alone exploring without a parent/guardian may result in the child and the parent/guardian being asked to leave without a refund.
Night Ghost Hunt passes include a public overnight ghost hunt of the property from 8pm - 4am. Must be 18yrs old or older.

This event happens rain or shine, please dress accordingly to the weather as this event will take place mostly outside or in buildings with no heat or air conditioning. Open toe shoes are prohibited and entry will not be permitted wihout proper shoe wear. Everyone will be required to sign a waiver upon entry.
